Swedish orders are shipped with Postnord and delivered to your mailbox or closest Postnord partner Service Point.
A notification will be sent by sms or dispatch note when your package is ready to be collected.
Orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
International orders are shipped with the best alternative for your country and either left at your nearest post office service point or delivered at your door.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time-frame please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that shoppers from countries outside EU may have to pay tax or duty in the home country for the currier to be able to deliver.

We do hope you will enjoy your garment. However, if it’s not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return it. We have free returns within Sweden when you order over 100€
If you are ordering outside of Sweden and wish to return your garment, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will handle your matter within 48 hours with instructions.
Please note, outside of Sweden you need to pay for your own return to us.
The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Items on sale has the same rules as non-sale items. The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact.
If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item. If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.
We offer free delivery on orders from 300€ in Europe. Outside of Europe the shipping fee is 30€.
Orders below 300€ will be charged as follows:
